Al Arjawi Pomegranate Molasses is a thick, dark syrup made from 80% pomegranate juice, with a rich sweet-and-sour taste. It's an essential ingredient in Levantine cooking, used in salads, marinades, stews and dips. Comes in an elegant 700g glass bottle from a brand established in 1914.
